There's no such thing as a typical client but typically we perform most of the following tasks:

• Business Process Analysis - How work and documentation flows through the business.
• Specify Software - Including Operating Systems, Office Applications, CRM, Accounts etc.
• Specify Hardware - Including Servers, Desktop Computers, Laptops, PDA's, Networking equipment etc
• Purchase, Install and Configure all hardware and software
• Train and support users
• Maintain equipment under contract or as required.
