Maintenance We have a wide range of flexible support options. With our new systems, server and desktop hardware is usually supplied with a three year, next business day on-site warranty from the manufacturer. This means that your hardware repair costs are fixed for three years. On top of this we provide cover for networking equipment and network infrastructure support. This includes monitoring of the server and desktop computers and fixing software and configuration issues. Most of our customers opt for a fixed monthly fee that covers all infrastructure support. We’ll be happy to discuss your requirements in detail. We will also take on responsibility for existing equipment subject to survey. Depending on your system, we have a variety of ways to support you. Systems based on Microsoft Server systems will email us a daily report so we’ll know of potential problems often before you will. We can dial into your systems and make repairs as necessary with minimum disruption to your business. As a Microsoft Small Business Premium Partner, we have access to advanced support tools and facilities allowing us even better support services. These services are included in our maintenance plans as are site visits when required. In all cases, we will conduct an annual health check on all systems and hardware.
